I scheduled a premium service appointment using an email link $79.99. When I checked out, they charged me $106 and some change. The service was supposed to include an oil change, topping off my fluids, tire rotation/fill, and inspection. A block down the road, my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at the gas station to check my tire pressure, they let air out of every one of my tires. I had to fill every one of them to the recommended psi. I did a fair amount of research before choosing the Mustang Mach-e and chose to go to Ben Davis Ford. John, the salesman, was helpful and assisted me to order the vehicle the way I wanted it. I compared the vehicle at another Ford Dealer and they didn't know the differences between the 2024 and 2025 Mach-e like my salesman. Good experience purchasing the car. Love the Mach-e.
By far one of the worst repair experiences I've ever had to deal with. We were told three different prices from our quote (all progressively more expensive), service department staff was extremely arrogant , and they only half ass fixed the problem. For repairs I would go ANYWHERE else.
Just helped my friend get his 1st official car. He is so happy. Thank you Greg and the team for helping us out. The staff is really nice and helps in any way they can. Thanks again!!
