I did a fair amount of research before choosing the Mustang Mach-e and chose to go to Ben Davis Ford. John, the salesman, was helpful and assisted me to order the vehicle the way I wanted it. I compared the vehicle at another Ford Dealer and they didn't know the differences between the 2024 and 2025 Mach-e like my salesman. Good experience purchasing the car. Love the Mach-e.
By far one of the worst repair experiences I've ever had to deal with. We were told three different prices from our quote (all progressively more expensive), service department staff was extremely arrogant , and they only half ass fixed the problem. For repairs I would go ANYWHERE else.
