The team at Ben Davis body shop was nothing less than superb. Due to illness, I was unable to pick up when ready and they were so kind to deliver. This is an act of going beyond. I am so grateful!!
I'm not one to leave reviews but I will never return to Ben Davis for repairs. I was in for heater hose repair 2 months ago now having to return to have another heater hose repaired, since its in the same spot maybe they should have replaced or suggested a repair at that time! And then to boot they charged me $310.00 just to diagnose a simple coolant leak. STAY AWAY or you will regret it
No stars if it was possible. Rob Fischer (Body Shop Manager) said we were being picky babies, cursed profusely, made crying gestures and then wanted to literally fight me. RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR!! If you find flaws in your repair and paint, be prepared to fight I guess.
