I submitted a quote request to Ben Dannie Inc. just today because I had a ruby I wanted to sell. Robert emailed me back almost immediately after my quote request and told me that my ruby was not of the type of item they were purchasing. It's a perfectly good ruby, 0.43 ct., clarity VVS, etc. I emailed Robert asking what types of items they do purchase; well, it's been about 4-5 hours and I haven't heard back. My asking price wasn't all too expensive either. So frustrated... :(
