Hired Ben Morgan after he said he could help us with a neighbor disturbance situation. He sent out a letter totally lacking in the main detail (a crowing rooster which he called "chickens" in the letter. They are certainly not the same when you are talking about a noise disturbance.) He received back a letter stating there was precedence against our "chicken" claim (despite the fact that we stressed to him the topic was the roosters).
