I lived at the same location with Kaufmann Properties for five years. If they had had a suitable property available at the time of my move, I would have stayed with them. I never once had an issue with anyone associated with them: owner, property manager, staff. Everyone was polite, responsive and understanding. It is very unfortunate because I enjoy Joe Balognas' establishment's food, as well as Cinco De Mayo. however the property owners, Kaufmann properties clearly have no idea what they are doing in terms of the parking situation. They share a parking lot with Cinco De Mayo and another establishment there. We came to this establishment to eat at Cinco Di Mayo with our friends from out of town, who accidentally went to locos tacos across the street.
