My husband went to Ben Bridge yesterday to buy a Rolex for me and came home and told me how he was treated and I had to leave a review he was even polite after the lady who did NOT help him was rude to him he came in asking to look at a Rolex and she bluntly asked him if he could afford the watch and had an attitude the whole time he was in there I have been in many jewelry stores and have never had someone be so rude and so ignorant! he then went to a much nicer jewelry store and purchased the most beautiful rolex and the l... read more

I am giving this one star as it is the lowest I can give. We made a $800 purchase on 10/2/22. There was some issue with our debit card, so they ran it again and assured us that there would be no second charge...WRONG! We were double charged. We notified the store the next day after we placed a dispute with our bank. I guess that is a no-no. The manager basically said the matter was out of his hands due to the dispute. That is total BS! We had the same issue at Victoria Secrets and were issued a refund two days later.... read more
