dont' judge a book by its cover – I am only 32 yrs old, and a rolex collector. I went into Ben Bridge about 6yrs ago to buy a Rolex because I didn't want to give TOURNEAU the business since they have bad customer service after the buy. Since I look so young and wear a t-shirt, jean, and tennis shoe they didn't pay attention to me. There was a older couple sitting there looking a very nice size diamond thru the microscope. You have got to be kidding me!! – Unbelievable! This is the only word that comes to mind. but to my dismay, here is where perceived good intentions (or overzealous salesperson) can go horribly wrong To surprise my wife, I wanted to buy her a Rolex to match the one I currently own.
