BEWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dropped my Rolex off at Ben Bridge, Portland for general service. Told it would be shipped to Rolex for repairs. Finally finished 12 weeks later and was never sent out. Repaired in house. It took repeated, frustrating calls to their jeweler, store mgr, regional mgr., and customer service dept. to get them to complete the repairs. I had to call every time to get updates. Ben Bridge does not care about customers once they make a sale. I will never shop there again.
