I am giving this one star as it is the lowest I can give. We made a $800 purchase on 10/2/22. There was some issue with our debit card, so they ran it again and assured us that there would be no second charge...WRONG! We were double charged. We notified the store the next day after we placed a dispute with our bank. I guess that is a no-no. The manager basically said the matter was out of his hands due to the dispute. That is total BS! We had the same issue at Victoria Secrets and were issued a refund two days later.... read more
