Established myself as a patient upon moving to Richmond after having a bout of diverticulitis. Dr.Bradenham was my doctor and did a colonoscopy. Four months later, I had another bout of diverticulitis, (which is extremely painful) . This time much worse. I called Gastrointestinal Specialist and they assured me that Dr. Bradenham would be calling me back. I called three times that day trying to get help and let them know that I was in extreme pain. I never got a call back. So it couldn’t be that receptionist dropped the ball.... read more
