My first root canal experience hasn’t been good. Also, I’m displeased with Dr. Ben Beach’s bedside manners. During my 2 hour root canal procedure, I wasn’t asked a single time whether I was ok or uncomfortable. His assistant asked one time towards the end of the procedure. It seemed as though the dentist wanted to be anywhere but helping me have a good experience under the circumstances. Following the procedure I was told to call if I had any concerns. He is a kind and very professional doctor. He does not rush and cares about how you are doing. I have been able to call and speak with his dental assistant when I needed to. I would highly recommend Dr Beach. I especially liked Cassie who assisted him. She really helped to put me at ease.
