Never addressed my need, never called me back and my realtor never responded to my phone calls. Very unprofessional!!!
I wanted something notarized by them and they sent me upstairs. I climbed a flight of steps only for the guy upstairs to tell me they don't notarize.
The WORST experience with Marietta Vinocur, she is nasty, dishonest and unprofessional. She showed up 20 minutes late to an appointment (after multiple calls) and said she forgot. Then shows me the apartment and it is completely different pictures than the listing showed. Never told me anything was different when we originally made the appointment.
