Just sold my house with Maria Caputo. Her attitude and service was exemplary. Through every step of the way she was superlative. I really can’t say more good things about her. Dealing with this was a difficult situation especially living over 100 miles away, but Maria made it easy. She was so amazing to the point that she’s coming to my wedding. If you need to sell a house, get yourself Maria.
Never addressed my need, never called me back and my realtor never responded to my phone calls. Very unprofessional!!!
I wanted something notarized by them and they sent me upstairs. I climbed a flight of steps only for the guy upstairs to tell me they don't notarize.
