The front office staff have become unprofessional and due to their lack responsibility I can not see me doctor for over 30 days! I called over 2 weeks ago for the appointment today, my appointment was for the wrong doctor. That's the 1st mistake. So they rescheduled me for 2 weeks from today. After leaving the facility I was called and rescheduled again for the 31st! Absolutely unprofessional to schedule me into the wrong doctor in the 1st place.
I’m 21 with no income or insurance after a motorcycle accident left me temporarily crippled and homeless. I’ve been having a dental emergency… a tooth rotting and decaying in my mouth, shards of it already gone, I’ve been losing my gums, bleeding all day every day, in pools of blood. Margaret had to prepay her dentures B4 they would order the full plate and partial they tried to find a program to cover them there was no help out there so she made arrangements to make monthly payments so that when October comes along she will get the dental work she needs.. great staff..polite helpful and good people
I’ve been going to Dr. Ko for dental work for years now. Her staff is amazing and she is exceptional at what she does. She is very kind and understanding, and explain each procedure and makes you feel comfortable and will also let you know procedures and insurance coverage. Overall great atmosphere and great people.
Everyone here is so nice. I had good experiences with the dental hygienist and the dentist. Thank you guys for all you do for lower income people.
