Great place. Go here for both my dental and health needs, staff is always great. I will say that the hygienist Justice is a wonderful person. After not having a professional dental cleaning done in years I was a bit nervous, but she is awesome at her job and overall just a kind and reassuring person. 10/10 service definitely recommend!
I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional conduct of Carmen Bernal, a medical provider at this location. Her behavior toward both staff and patients has been inappropriate and discourteous. A staff member has reportedly been brought to tears due to her actions, and patients have experienced rudeness and disrespect. The staff here is very friendly and professional. Justice, the dental hygienist, genuinely cares about her patients. The injections before deep cleaning were almost painless. If you need your teeth cleaned I highly recommend Justice.
Before going to Ben Archer for dental, I went to a private practice that I loved. After switching to Ben Archer, I can’t imagine having anyone else but Justice Au clean my teeth. She’s inviting, friendly, comforting, thorough, and very professional. I always look forward to going to my next appointment with her.
