Great service I+ve recently had computers repaired by this company and they took care of the repairs quickly and correctly. I have also sought assistance with emergency network problems and they have been able to send someone out right away. As a computer professional, I have no hesitation recommending them.

Service was exceptional Northwest Computer Support has been servicing our network, printers and computers for over six years now. Dawn Ashworth is my contact and she is the most attentive and thorough rep I've had from any vendor. Prices are reasonable and the tech staff is very knowledgable. I highly recommend them to all!!!

worst tech support experience ever! This place was my worst tech support experience EVER. They screwed up my laptop twice and broke all kinds of procedures and regulations, including forging my own handwriting where I should have written the problem description on the repair orders! Stay away from this place!!!

Not worth the call I called with simple question yes or no computer question and they were unwilling to put me through to someone to answer it. F- in the customer service department. Couldn't pay me to use them.
