Despite having our hot water and hot air out the gentlemen that had to deal with me that night was more than gracious. Listened to me complain multiple times and did not take it personal. I know he probably had a rough night due to it all. I just want to say thank you to the after hours maintenance man on thanksgiving.
Luis, the maintenance supervisor, provided exceptional service! We were experiencing issues with our bathroom, kitchen, and air conditioning systems. Upon contacting Luis for assistance, he promptly resolved all of these problems and even went above and beyond by replacing our toilet fixtures with brand new ones. His dedication to helping us was truly remarkable.
