Dr Goold has been our PCP for quite awhile. He is thorough, kind, a good listener, and really cares about his patients. Dr Goold is open to his patients about having other options rather than just taking meds such meditation and acupuncture for pain, changes in diet in regards to heart issues or high cholesterol. These things are discussed and the patients make informed decisions along with their doctor. We are very happy with the care we get and would highly recommend Dr Ben Goold. Gayle and Steve Lieberman
The Kaiser West Olympia clinic is superb. Very calm, never crowded. This was my first visit to Dr. Goold - I was very impressed. He’s a very clear communicator in non-medical language, presented options for my issue, answered all my questions. He tends to say what he’s typing or looking for or going to do next. I was very comfortable.
