I went in to purchase a hot water heater element. I brought in the serial # and model #. I went home and pulled the old one out and tried to stick the new one in it did not fit. I brought it back the next day and they said sorry we cannot exchange because it had been opened already... Not a very good customer experience. They then tried to say it was my fault for opening.
