The 1 start is for parts and service. Told me I needed to get my rear differential replaced but the problem was from transfer case. Quoted me 8k for that work although I got quote from another shop for 2.2k with original parts. I paid them $400 for wrong diagnosis which made me lose thousands. Just wasted my time and money there’s better mechanics with more expertise in the city even though these guys are supposed to be the most knowledgeable given that they are the BMW dealer

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2022 X7 from Bema. The overall experience was a positive one. Ying was honest, prompt and courteous during the evaluation, test drive, purchase, and delivery periods. I would certainly deal with her and Bema again. Will add photos later.
