The belyea bros have a bad reputation. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Belyea Bros. They came out to diagnose an issue and charged me approximately $1,000, yet they did not properly investigate what the actual problem was. The issue was misdiagnosed, and the repair they attempted did not resolve anything. After their failed attempt, I had to call another technician for a second opinion. I am writing this review for Belyea Brothers with full confidence. I spoke with Stephen Thomas from Belyea. He is professional, patient and clarified all my questions I had. I had many many questions and all were answered to my total satisfaction. NOTE, I waited for 11 months to write this review. The reason why is because I wanted to make sure I was able to try the air conditioner and furnace. All is working perfectly. Installation was done by Wilson and Carter.
