Dirty outside the building and very small apartments.
Immaculate grounds, attentive office staff, excellent location.. absolutely loved the Belay Apartment Complex.
A+++ from all perspectives so far. I am very impressed by the spaciousness, the high ceilings, the big windows and the airflow from them, central air, the sink/faucet/garbage disposal, the very nice washer and dryer, the shower, all the storage/closet space, the parking garage and the elevator, the surrounding area, the rock climbing gym!! Moving in was very easy and there is a nice public hotel-style dolly which makes transporting things around and up and down VERY easy.
