I got 4 quotes for replacing our roof. We picked Belvue as they were going to give us everything product and warranty wise that the most expensive quote was, for quite a bit less. The crew had to put up with some adverse weather to start and mid job, which delayed the completion for a couple of days, but they protected the roof well before being able to complete the job. We got quotes from three local roofing companies and Belvue stood out not only with the lowest quote but also no sleezy sales pressure. The project manager and owner were responsive to texts throughout the project whenever I had any concerns. There was a bit of a miscommunication on the timeline where one employee told me the project would get completed over the weekend and then I found out later that wasn't actually the plan but that was minor and they handled it well. Our roof of 20 years needed replacing.
