Be very careful with this place. This management company are financial predators. They raise my rent by 11 percent annually. When I told them I was not going to renew my lease, they called two weeks before the move out and told me that I need to submit a written notice to vacate for 60 days, even though my lease was over, and that the approximate cleaning fee is $1,100 but it could be more. I am sure they do this to everyone. They will clean your bank account, this is how they maximize their profit. They are not nice people.... read more
They deleted my previous review; these people are so untrustworthy. Don’t believe for a minute the good ratings as tenants get some type of compensation to write something positive. I advise you to read all the lowest ratings in google and other sites. Bottom line up front: These apartments are not worth the price and there are many better options locally around Fort Belvoir. The maintenance staff here at belvoir Square is excellent. I put in an order to have a new showerhead put on and an outlet repaired at 8 o’clock in the morning by 11 it was already fixed. The staff is very friendly. The building is beautiful Highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment. This is one.
I would like to say that I’ve been here at the Belvoir Square for almost one year to come next month. It has been a wonderful experience from day one the management of staff the people and camaraderie is second to tonight. Everyone is helpful. The bar of our Square management is a Miss D I’m a Sherri MS actually gave us 100% of support everything we do and I wanna see it is at Bell Square. This is the place to stay you get more than a five you get a 10 you’re so good.
