“Five Star Living” Is a Complete Lie. Sure, the building looks nice—but that’s where the praise ends. The staff is unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping the residents who actually live here. Eye rolls when concerns are raised, ignored emails, and a general attitude of apathy seem to be the norm. Need help with something serious? Good luck. Belvoir Square has honestly been a great place to live. It’s quiet, clean, and in a super convenient location, especially if you’re connected to Fort Belvoir or need easy access to shops, restaurants, and the highway. The staff is professional and always helpful. Anytime I’ve needed anything, whether it’s a maintenance request or just a question, they’ve been on top of it and handled things quickly. Everyone that is writing amazing reviews is either lying or they're bots. Belvoir Square is nothing short of lack luster. Belvoir Squares ultimate goal is to suck as much money out of you and your guests as possible. Not only do vehicles get broken into, but vehicles get stolen and towed at an alarming rate. Packages get stolen, elevators are ALWAYS in disarray (taking minimum 4 months to fix), and the tenants that live in this "community" are lazy and rude. (UPDATED) They sent out one email to notify residents of the garage repair that would lock us in from 8-4pm instead of putting flyers out on everyone’s doors like they used to. New office employees must be getting lazy. Even after calling the office to tell them to go back to the old ways I was told “we can’t make everyone happy”. Well these people need to find a new job field and avoid customer service. I pay rent here and expect to be happy and not locked in my complex. Do better!
