I have only lived At Belvoir Square Apartments since 27 March 2026, and I can tell you that I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. All I have to say is that the maintenance team is amazing
We have been here for 2 years. Its clean quiet convenient especially if you work on post or even better work in DC. The staff is tier one no exaggeration. Gotta give a shout out to the best staff they're friendly and always willing to help.
The rooms are gross, on the outside it looks like a decent area to live but management and staff are difficult to deal with. Housing is very poor and dirty. Better places to live in the surrounding area if necessary, even worse treatment from staff if you are military. Stay away.
Ho boy, do not let the pretty face fool you. Since I've lived here, people have dumped out garbage in the hallways They've let their pets urinate in the stairwells and elevators The neighbors are obnoxious at quiet hours The staff get attitude when you have issues with their bullshit Homeless people sneak into the garages Dogs howl at night incessantly and without punishment The elevators have repeatedly been shut down People have stolen packages People have been attacked by homeless with a knife The apartments next door hav... read more
