Great management team. Take care of concerns immediately. Building well maintained and clean. Have occasional buildup social functions. Reasonable rent. Parked lot that I don’t use. Laundry with enough machines so you can wash clothes when you like. Apartments are inspected a couple of times a year to insure that they are clean and hazards free. Tenets are pleasant and respectful of others
Small units, no AC, barely any room to fit a full size bed. Looks huge in Instagram but is smaller than a studio apartment. Don’t waste your time with these guys find someone worth spending your money with
Would give a 0 if possible. Just as another review said, the landlords (yes theres multiple) take the lords part too literally. The place is disgusting. There are roaches in the washing machines and no matter how many times you report it no one can manage to rid them. Half the time the machines are broken and unable to use, and even when youre able to use them you still sometimes waste your money on cycles because the machines are not entirely functional.
