Current patient of the clinic and they wouldn't make accommodations for an emergency. I called to enquire about getting in for an eye exam for a corneal scratch and was told 'call someone else or go to the ER'. I did try another clinic and they were very friendly, took all the information regarding the trauma and were accommodating. Poor customer service
Worst wait times an extremely expensive
I waited 2 months for an appointment. I called to confirm what time it was twice that morning as soon as they opened but there was no answer. When they finally got back to me it was too late and now I'm waiting 4 months total. Never ever go to this place, they are literally a joke.
