Very expensive. Also be careful not to make a error on the check-in form. I check yes to a covid question by mistake, they made me wait outside, couldn't come in. They treated me like it was 2020 again and I had the plague. They said I would have to wear a mask which was fine ok I understand Then they came back out to lobby and said I had to wait outside and they literally threw me out. Everyone at Belvedere is terrific. They truly care about the animals and the owners. Belvedere was there when my elderly border collie mix needed special care. They handle my crazy terrier with ease. They are extremely well informed about the latest treatments and always put the pet first. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.
I want to thank BVC for taking care of my dog Abby. I had been taking her there for care for seven years. They have always been thoughtful, caring, and professional all the way to the very end. I miss her everyday. Thank you to all the doctors and staff at BVC!!
I attempted to make an appointment online for my dogTutu. Belvedere required that I give them my credit card along with the CVV number and that they run it before I even ever make any appointment. I refuse to give the CVV so they would not make the appointment. I find this unacceptable.
The staff and Dr. Moulder are excellent! They are very patient with my Frenchie Rocko who can be a handful. They are always professional and timely which I appreciate. Rocko is my first pet and they make both of us feel very comfortable.
Switched to Belvedere Veterinary Center after using another vet for over 20 years. Staff and doctor at Belvedere were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and super patient with my 2 love bugs.
Dr. moulder and Dr. kauder were excellent with all of my animals. Dr. Almstaden was very mean and unprofessional to me. I am a huge animal advocate and love my animals. I can not recommend this vet.
They provide outstanding customer service with top notch expertise.
