Administrative staff, nursing and therapist have no idea what to tell the family once they go home. They have no knowledge of what to do for care once released. Nobody knows anything and when I asked thinking they would have knowledge of care you can give or contact of people you could call or brochures of telling you what to do for your family member once you get home, they knew nothing. My father was there for Respite Care through hospice this week. This facility is AMAZING! From the nurses, to the aids, to the janitorial staff, this place treated each resident as their own. We saw an aid painting the nails an elderly woman, staff just sitting and talking to lonely patients, and nurses treating my dad with such love. I would RECOMMEND this place to anyone - and I am not easy to please. Thank you Belvedere, for helping my family through this hard time.
This place seriously is a joke. No wonder they can't keep anyone in dietary! I know all of the horrible things that go on.
