Administrative staff, nursing and therapist have no idea what to tell the family once they go home. They have no knowledge of what to do for care once released. Nobody knows anything and when I asked thinking they would have knowledge of care you can give or contact of people you could call or brochures of telling you what to do for your family member once you get home, they knew nothing.
