Rooms, pillows & bedding are very outdated. We found a cockroach in the bathroom sink and saw another near the mini fridge. Very disappointing since it came up a 4 star online. Will have to say front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators are extremely slow. Overall was not what I was expecting.
Rooms (especially bathrooms) need to be upgraded (too old and with clear signs of use).
