Excelente ubicación, personal súper amable. Pero las habitaciones tienen las camas rotas y los colchones vencidos. La limpieza no es buena, de hecho había cosas y papeles del huésped anterior . Una pena

The location is great for a business or touristy visit. Central Park is less than a mile away. Times Square is a few blocks away. Broadway shows are a few blocks away. Chat GPT was helpful for finding restaurants and coffee shops. They serve coffee in an automatic machine during a few hours in the morning. The building had lots of issues while we were there. The elevators went in and out of working. A cricket was in my shower on the 6th floor. Still, I would stay there again. It had a Gatsby vibe with that era decor.

We stayed at The Belvedere for almost a week while my husband recovered from surgery in NYC. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed in the city. The staff was kind, competent, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect… close to so many great spots, yet relatively quiet enough for rest and recovery. Overall the hotel was good. The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because a couple of elevators were down during our stay. They had service elevators available for use but it took a long time to get an elevator because so many people were trying to use limited space. The person we checked in with was very helpful though. We were able to get early check in for signing up for their insider program. And storing luggage with them was very easy. Convenient location as well
