Great location, friendly staff. Rooms spacious for NYC but a little run down: bare spots on carpet, frayed blinds, AC unit sounded like a jet engine. For the shower, in order to switch to hand held sprayer a bar needed to be pushed in on the main head. The pipe was loose & wobbly coming out of the wall so pushing in the bar was challenging. On the 3rd (and last) morning found a cockroach scurrying around the bathroom sink. Was able to get pic & vid. Manager comped late check out & gave 15% off one night. There wasn't much in the way of amenities and when you think "Belvedere" you think of class, glamor. However the ac was fantastic after a long hot day in the 100+ degree weather. An ice machine on the floors would be nice instead of having to ask staff for it. No one wants to to do that in the middle of the night! 💜
The most perfect hotel for a family vacation! The rooms are perfect size for a four person crew and all their luggage and the showers are heaven. Its location is also perfect because you can walk any and everywhere from your hotel. Times Square is just a couple blocks up and the hotel staff was very friendly, very accommodating and just overall great with any problem that was had. 10000/10 would recommend booking your stay here!!!
Rooms were ok. Too warm and no thermostat for AC. Had to Crack a window all night. Then it was loud from outside. Someone was smoking on our floor and we could smell it in our room.. Toilet was a tight fit. The front desk was super nice.
