We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day than the one we had at The Belvedere. From start to finish, everything was truly exceptional. The ballrooms are absolutely stunning. I had my wedding at the Belvedere this past May and it was absolutely perfect. That staff worked with us on all of our special request. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Belvedere Team!
Terrible how the service was at my friends 30th party. And then come to find out it was chaotic it was and they did NOTHING to compensate her? I would never feel comfortable doing business here. But the venue she had was so beautiful!
I hosted my 30th birthday brunch at The Belvedere, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. The food was served cold I, the guest of honor, received my meal last. The service staff was disorganized and unprofessional: drinks were served in glasses with visible mold, a guest was spilled on with syrup, place cards were ignored.
