I want to personally say thanks to management team for getting the entire garage cleaned and for repairing the light bulbs throughout the garage. It looks great from the floor up to the ceiling. The couple who cleaned the garage really worked hard to do a great job on time, as well as number parking spaces. The maintenance man who repaired the light fixtures and bulbs was great, also. Once again, thanks for servicing the request.

All one needs to do is go beyond the tour area and you'll quickly see the neglect...dirty hall carpets, scuffs and scratches on the hall walls and doors, hall AC units that don't cool, hall ceilings that leak from ACs or when it rains, holes in the ceiling on the 4th floor that haven't been patched in over a month, dirty stairwell doors and cob webs all over the garage, etc. The staff has been courteous and easy to work with during my stay and I'm sure these are things out of their control. Like any place, you’ll have occasional issues. But, when you have support from staff like Venus and the maintenance team those occasional issues are handled timely and we move on.
