The Belvedere has by far been the best complex I have ever lived at! Not only is the surrounding area beautiful and peaceful, but management is always responsive and receptive. Every maintenance order I have submitted has been resolved same day. Another bonus is that the complex hasn't lost power in my nearly two years of living here.

I’m looking to move to the north side and I absolutely fell in love with this property. It’s like a resort omg! The floor plans are really spacious and the interiors are top tier. I was able to meet the manager she was so nice and welcoming!
There is no option for zero stars or I would’ve chosen that. My apartment has flooded five times in less than two months. This last time it damaged all my furniture. They have a very very very serious drainage and pipe issue and all they do it put a bandaid on a gunshot wound. There’s also been several leaks above me from the neighboring apartment and has cause mold to grow in my ceiling. This has all been extremely traumatizing.
I have recently moved here to the belvedere and after just 2-3 months here i saw mice running around my apartment, the first day I placed traps I caught 11 mice in 5 hours, there was a huge hole behind my dishwasher, it took them around 7-10 days just to find the hole, and when they came to clean up 2 times they left so much mice poop smashed on the floor, they told me they could give me a 9-10% discount on my rent after having a mice colony in my apartment for 10 days with no sleep, I could not sleep because I could hear th... read more
