I had a good experience with Beluga Air. Initially, it appeared the issue was the outdoor fan motor, but it turned out the real problem was the indoor blower motor. Another company also suggested the control board needed to be replaced. Beluga reached out, explained the situation, and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace both components if necessary. When they completed the repair, they found the control board was actually still good, so they only replaced the blower motor instead of charging me for unnecessary parts. ... read more
