David C. did an extensive diagnostic on our 3 A/C units, finding a few cooling problems. Very knowledgeable technician.
I use Beluga Air for all my a/c needs. They provide great same day service. All of the technicians are very friendly and they take the time to explain needed repairs. Today Deron Hock came out to service my home and he has just been great. I always feel that the quotes I receive are fair. They really don't overcharge. Thank You Deron and Beluga Air.
Matthew the technician arrived and checked the mechanical items outside and then, the items up in the attic. He stated that the problem probably occurred because the drain pipe was clogged. He stated that the problem should be solved by opening it. Which he proceeded to do. He then signed me up for a maintenance agreement for both the downstairs and upstairs units.
