The Service tech Rudy showed up exactly on time. He went to work right the way. He was very kind and helpful. He explained everything in details and took pictures and show them to us. His professionalism is so impressive. I will definitely recommend the company to my friends. Great customer service!! They will not disappoint you!
I didn't go with this company after receiving their quote. They only offered a 1 yr labor warranty compared to the 2 yrs offered by the company I went with. However that is not why I am rating them 1 star. I feel a company that allows their employees to forge customer's signatures on agreement statements and invoices lacks integrity and basic decent morals.
