Install techs were very competent. Beluga's quick response with same day inspection and HVAC system replacement order followed by next day unit installation start. Issues: Compressor unit cabinet had transport damage (forklift like) and was transported back to supplier for an undamaged unit = an hour of time delay. After initial system install completion system did not function. Reasons: Coolant flow issue and Evap coil flow sensor valve did not function (apparent mfgr coating related defect per the tech) = incomplete instal... read more
Shane did an excellent job today diagnosing and fixing the AC issues I had at my home. He was prompt and transparent with all the concerns he saw with the unit. He was knowledgeable and explained all the necessary work that the unit needed. He took pictures of all the work done and explained the warranty on the work performed.
