As a real estate investor, I work with several contractors, and it is very difficult to find trustworthy and reliable people. But Lucas is an exception, he completed the hardwood floor refinishing on time, did an excellent work, at a very reasonable rate. Very easy to work with… Will recommend to anybody without hesitation…
Great job on floor install, staining & finishing
Lucas has been great to work with. Im a general contractor & tried several different floor contractors through out the years. I first hired Lucas to repair somebody else's faulty work. He was fantastic at matching the stain and finish of an existing floor. Since then I've only used bellucci flooring and can count on them to do the job correctly in a professional manner.
As a general contractor, I am only as good as my subcontractors. Belucci is one of the best. Great on the job, very clean and responsible. Has vast knowledge to handle the most unique situations. Also, is polite and aware of Client presence. Highly recommended. Please utilize Belucci without any fears
