Although Dr. Allam has retired, she was an excellent caring and friendly doctor. I will miss her because she has been my eye doctor for over 15 or years. Enjoy your retirement.
Unprofessional, Sarcastic and Rude. It’s sad to see what he has become. This is NOT the doctor i first met. Mr. Gonzales’ unprofessional attitude towards my son and myself today was enough to stay away for good. Driving 1hr 30min. For him to step in the room & belittle us by banging his fist on the table, raising his voice and saying ”I’m waiting, i’m waiting”...during my sons exam is ridiculous. I was blind in my left eye by a blood hemorrhage and now I can see. Thanks to Dr. Kopel. He is intent on the problem(s) a patient is facing. In my case I am diabetic. He advised me to start eating right so I went to a nutritionist Amanda Compton. All I know is eating right and going to Dr Kopel for fixing my eyes has worked for me and I highly reccomend Dr Kopel
Dr. Mathew focus and attention to details are unmatched with all aspects of her business. Her focus on his patients makes you feel like part of his family. She tells you like it is, and gives you the right information all the time in order for you to make the best decisions about your vision. Her front staff greets me with a smile and is always cheerful. I would definitely recommend!
I have been seeing Dr. Mathew for years and have enjoyed every visit. She is efficient with her time and thorough in the exam. She goes over any of my concerns and gives me options. I am able to see great in both glasses and contact lenses at my age. Highly recommend!
Took my 15 year old daughter to see Dr. Matthews for a glasses and contact lens exam .. she was great and so was her staff .. will recommend friends and family ..
I was a walk-in with no appointment, and terrified because of some new and sudden symptoms. Dr. Hamburg fit me in his schedule and examined me. Luckily I was ok. Dr. Hamburg was very thorough and explained everything. I am so grateful to him!
Arrogant and negligent and/or incompetent. He would barely pay any attention whilst I was explaining the issues I was visiting for. He would not provide any feedback. He would cut me short or would not heed my feedback while testing my vision. He was rushed and superficial. He performed a deep eye exam and missed the cataract that ultimately another REAL ophtalmologist quickly suspected and then detected off of the symptoms I was experiencing.
This Dr. seemed as though she was in a hurry through my entire exam. Made me question her ability. After she gave me my eyeglass lenses prescription I took it to the optical department at the same location. After getting my new glasses I explained to the optician that I could not see things sharply and my old lenses were better than the new ones. Ended up returning the lenses for credit. Went to a different Dr. for a new exam and I now have new glasses that let me see things clearly.
