Dr. Beltzman rudely beckoned for payment at the beginning of our appointment. His veiled demand was directed at a family member in the room who is also a doctor. That family member was absolutely disgusted at such professional discourtesy. In all his years of working with his medical colleagues, he said he's rarely seen such gall. And after more than a decade of providers, Dr. Beltzman is the bottom of my barrel. Sure, he knows a lot, but he's kind of self-indulgent.
