I brought my Spartan RZ in for routine maintenance and was charged for two hours of labor, with the invoice stating the blades were sharpened. Unfortunately, when I inspected the mower after getting it home, the blades were still rough, dull, and looked unfinished. They certainly didn’t look like blades that had just been professionally sharpened.
