I called first, then dropped off my self-propelled lawn mower to get an estimate to fix the drive mechanism. (I had to push the mower.) Several days later I got a call from a repair shop in Akron quoting a price of $48 to “fix” mower so it would start, before they could even give me a price to repair the drive mechanism. My mower started just fine when I dropped it off. It ALWAYS started on the first or second pull. It didn’t need fixed to start! And why was I getting a call from a shop 20 miles away in Akron? TROY the owner is one of a kind he will go the extra mile and he is honest and upfront with you and he will not just fix something if it doze not need it i have been to his 3 locations all good people he has my business for life. :)
Very friendly people, Joe out of medina handle my mower , they did exactly what they said they were going to do. On time pickup and delivery. Estimate right on. Thanks again for great job to everyone there.
