My son had surgery today and the black lady who check us in was so rude to us.I didn't see sign to take a number so I walk up to where so was sitting.She never said hello or good morning she just said do you have a number ? Then she said you have to take a number to be seen.This wasn't good for our first impression of the place.
This place is a joke. Lied left and right. My bf has a rare autoimmune disorder and they went out of their ways to stick him as close to other people as possible. I was the last surgery, but the doctor was too busy in surgery to even talk to my bf about my surgery?. So we got sent away not even knowing how my surgery went. Says they gave me pain meds..went to another hospital in another city about an hr away and they said I had NO pain meds in my system and was in shock they sent me away bleeding as bad as I was and w no pai... read more
What an awesome place ! I did not have one issue. Everyone, and I mean everyone was very professional and kind ! If I could give them a "10" I would !
Beverly, at Registration, had the most pleasant demeanor. Her positive attitude set the stage for a good experience. Vicki, our nurse, continued the experience by being quite cordial and informative. My son usually is hard to stick for an IV, but this time was a one and done poke! Good TV station choices, reception, and placement.in the room. Just waiting for the surgical team to wave the green flag.
Everyone is so kind and obliging. Even during this crazy pandemic, when they're busy, and run down from all the procedures and requirements, they still take the time to explain everything and show kindness to every patient and family member!!
