I had to come in today to get my braces tightened, and the whole visit honestly really smooth. the staff was gentle patient, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They always take good care of me, and I appreciate how kind everyone is every time I come in.

I had a consultation today and have to say the customer service exceeded my expectations. The process was very smooth and Dr. Moody was very kind and explained each part of the process. Meghan was very helpful and attentive.

We have been clients for over a year. Dr. Moddy is an excellent professional so it is his team. Apart from the professionalism they are very accommodating and friendly. They are very good in dealing with insurances as well. I do highly recommend.

I love this office dearly and Pretty much the whole staff here! Feels like Family. However, The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. You can clearly hear her tone and attitude over the phone. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day and i’m also unsure of her name but she really needs to work on that when talking to patients.
