The biggest mistake in 30 years of business is buying from these people the second biggest mistake is buying an International , The people in the service department people are arrogant and will rob you every time . They will get a $500 minimum out of you before they turn a wrench. I am probably going to get rid of this truck which on has 40 k miles on it so I don’t have to deal with these thieves anymore. I just got an estimate for repair and was concerned as to the high labor price. I called my local International Dealer and got a price that was a lot lower, so, I called the Service Manager at Beltway and asked if they use the SRT (standard Rate Times) as published by international and he said they did. I asked what their labor rate was and he said 135.00 hr. I said 2.8 hours times 135.00 doesn't equal 675.00. He said they mark up their labor 80%.
