I went to beltway after a bad experience at another vet, and I was sold onto them multiple times throughout the course of my visit. The tech (Brandon I believe) did so great at making my puppy comfortable. She's wary of every new person and place, but he gave her treats and let her warm up to him at her pace and by the time we left she was napping on their exam table and playing with him as if she were at home. Dr. Burns was very informative and made sure I had all the information I needed to take care of my pup properly and... read more
Thank you for always helping with our fur babies.
This place is the BEST not only did they save Dracos life as a newborn but today she took care of him and I was ready to do everything for him and spend hundreds of dollars to make him feel better from his ear infection and she literally told me to slow down and see what's absolutely necessary so I keep every dime in my pocket that I can and come back when times are better 💙💙💙

We have received fantastic care from Dr. Burns and her team for all three of our cats. One of our cats had diabetics and she has been outstanding in providing care. She is always thorough with her exams and provides detail explanations when they have a problem. When Ringo was diagnosed with diabetics, she told me exactly what to tell the Drs. at Gulf Coast and with her assistance we kept him well for many years. We have used Dr. Burns and her staff since the mid 1980s and we have received phenomenal care.
dr burns is one of the best
My family has been taking our pets to Dr. Burns for many, many years. She is extremely knowledgeable and will give you honest and straightforward advise on options available for treatment when your pet is sick/injured. She's helped many of our pets recover from thicknesses and has also supported us when making difficult decisions. She will give you options and let you know pros and cons for each option, so you can make your own informed decisions. The employee at the front desk is the sweetest person ever, and the vet techs ... read more
