They made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and explained each step before doing anything. The staff was welcoming, the office was spotless, and my treatment was painless. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely return. Five stars!”
If I could give 0 stars I will, this place is horrible. The biased Spanish lady at the front desk decided that putting her Spanish brother infront of my was acceptable, my appointment was at 1 and I arrived at 12, I waited patiently, to my surprise I just saw her call the man that came in after me. I just told her to close my file and to cancel any outstanding appointment, I felt totally disrespected. Please find somewhere else that values one’s time and won’t use race to skip the line.
I made it there on time as always and every single time, they make me wait 30 minutes or 1h before receiving me. There's some real improvements to be done .
