I do not recommend this place at all if you want to come and waste your time. Every time I come for an appointment, I have to wait two hours in the waiting room. It is shameful that they work so unprofessionally.
Had an 11:40am appointment for a routine cleaning and was told the dentist was running late. After waiting 20 minutes was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I waited a full 1hr and was told they didn't have a timeline on the dentists arrival. I would highly recommend looking anywhere elsewhere.
Stupid Spanish work here. Horrible poor customer care. Stay away
I’m so happy to have joined the Beltsville Smiles family. From my very first visit, until now it’s been a joy coming into the dentist. Ms. Nancy at the front desk is so welcoming and sweet. Followed by Ms Celina, who is also very welcoming and gentle. Dr. Hassan, made my teeth feel brand new. Really satisfied with the work done and the staff at this location. Would definitely recommend.
Yesterday I went to this dentist. I am pregnant and I wan in pain. When I called and set an appointment, I informed them about emergency. When I got there, I saw front-desk lady was very kind and helpful. But the doctor is too impolite. And he asked the written confirmation from my gynecologist that they can take X-rays, etc. After my doctor sent it, the dentist informed front desk lady that he could not take me.
