The technician seemed technically competent, but he had a terrible, not customer-friendly attitude: he had a hissyfit when he learned that he was called in for repair, not for maintenance; he was mildly condescending; and he didn't give a crap about not having booties. This business has gone down the drain. Spent thousands of dollars on multiple jobs. Through the years past always reliable and punctual. Now; it takes weeks to come, incomplete work, over priced billing I didn't pay, had to call someone else

Nick repaired my air handler today. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Nick is a great asset to Beltsville Heating and Air Conditioning. He was very professional, efficient, and fast. I will definitely call Beltsville Heating and Air Conditioning if I have any issues in the future!!

They didn't even show up to provide an estimate, even after I called every half hour after waiting for a hour for them. The receptionist said that the quote team must ran into an emergency, and she couldn't call them. If they can't show up to provide an estimate, then they probably won't show up to do a timely install or repair.
