Went to purchase a new chainsaw. Bought one and took it home to chop up a tree that had fallen down in my yard. After I was finished I realized the saw I bought wasn't as powerful and serviceable as what I needed. I went back to the shop later that week hoping I could trade it in for an upgrade. I expected that they would buy the saw back at a reduced cost or tell me no since I used it and it was no longer "new." Instead, they said no problem! My Stihl MS 271 chainsaw would not start so I bought it here to the Beltsville Construction Supply in Manassas . The sale person called me and told me that it is not worth fixing and tells me to buy new one instead. I told him that I would think about it. A week later, I went back to pick up my chainsaw and it was completely disassembled and parts were inside a plastic bag.
