I just spent 30 minute on hold. Apparently they can't afford to hire someone to answer their damn phone. Hung up, called back, same thing. I guess they just don't want more customers.
So I learned something new - that leaf blower quality is not the same when you buy it from Lowe's vs. direct dealers. I got this brand new 'heavy duty' Husqvarna from Lowe's, assembled it and it wouldn't start. Evidently, I can't return it, I must deal with / send it to manufacturer. Instead, I called Beltsville Construction Supply (found local on Google search) and brought it in. A tech or sales guy, Walter, looked at it, took out the air filter, played with it for a couple a minutes and got it started. He charged me nothin... read more
