Do these people ever have anything in stock.? There was an older lady at the front desk who was kind of rude to a few customers that walked in while I was there. The other girl who helped me was ok she didnt seem to interested in helping. I have come in here a few times and called searching for parts before and they have never had anything in stock and its mostly been mower blades that i’v called about. My recent experience here echoes the reviews from other customers. If you want to deal with a service technician who is argumentative and refuses to listen, this is the place for you! My saw has a history of working fine for months, and then with no warning, refusing to start. I use this saw @ least once a week, it stays in my truck. Went in to buy a pull start assembly for my Honda gx160 and the employee at the front desk was very rude and wasn’t very interested in being helpful and instead, seemed bothered to do his job. Also the same part I needed from this store would’ve costed $130 while literally any where else online you can find it for 1/10th of the price. Overall I will never coming back to this store for anything.
