Went in to buy a pull start assembly for my Honda gx160 and the employee at the front desk was very rude and wasn’t very interested in being helpful and instead, seemed bothered to do his job. Also the same part I needed from this store would’ve costed $130 while literally any where else online you can find it for 1/10th of the price. Overall I will never coming back to this store for anything.

Went to purchase a new chainsaw. Bought one and took it home to chop up a tree that had fallen down in my yard. After I was finished I realized the saw I bought wasn't as powerful and serviceable as what I needed. I went back to the shop later that week hoping I could trade it in for an upgrade. I expected that they would buy the saw back at a reduced cost or tell me no since I used it and it was no longer "new." Instead, they said no problem!
