Everyone was nice and friendly professional. Dr Beltran was also nice and explained very well what's going on in my mouth and where we can go.
I backed out of scheduling an appointment because the interaction with the receptionist made me extremely uncomfortable about becoming a patient here. From the beginning, the conversation felt entirely focused on insurance information, group numbers, customer service numbers, and payment. I was never asked why I was seeking periodontal care, what concerns I had, whether I was experiencing pain or gum disease, or what type of treatment I might need.
