I am fully disabled and they blatantly said money matters more than some PEOPLES LIVES bc they threatened to shut off my power and heat the end of January. Edit: they send out automated messages to call the office then there's no reason to why and their tech support worker states, "you just need to keep calling until you get in touch with the right person?" REALLY? That one call was already 7 minutes just to be connected. Don't worry, I record my calls Beltrami Electric and we can go that route.
Every experience I've had with them has been positive. Customer service was extremely helpful with setting up an account, viewing bills is easy, paying bills is easy. I've had a few power blinks and submitted a ticket, they got back to me right away. It is refreshing to have a relationship with a business that feels like both parties benefit from the relationship.
Raised prices and fees for all customers while giving their ceo a raise this last year.

Wow I just called and tried to get power at a place one they didn’t believe I was moving into this place after me giving the landlord name then turn around and tell me it going to be 320.00 before I even get power on there and does that go towards the bill he said no never had service from them before
