I have been with Beltone for several years and realized from the very beginning, this is a company who cares about their customers. Years prior, I had purchased hearing aide from a Dr. who specializes in ear, nose, throat. In my opinion, the biggest difference between the two is the SERVICE. Don C Lancaster Retired Norfolk Police officer 34 1/2 years. I have been going to Beltone Southside off Independence Blvd now for about 6 Months. Everyone there is especially concerned about your aheearing. Especially Muchael Lee.LHIS. He is gentle to you ears. Listens to your problems and is concerned about your hearing.Everyone there, including all the office workers are very friendly and helpful and listen to your needs.

I have been wearing hearing aids for years. And have worn several different kind. I first met Michael Lee a few years ago after going to a Beltone near me. Oh my gosh... I loved him. He is so gentle and easygoing. My heart was broke when he went to a different location. I found out he was just another city away. When it came time I found him! Always leave room for improvement, but my recent visit to the Independence blvd. office resulted in an experience far above my expectations. The staff is cordial and welcoming, but it is Michael Lee who is the star of the office because he listens, presents options and ultimately lets me decide what will work for me. Yes, I can hear again.
