Was not impressed with the so called doctor or equipment at this Tawas office very low grade personnel hit me with 8500 price tag not impressed at all??

The hearing aids are a quality product. I prefer the replaceable batteries versus rechargeable. I always carry batteries so I never miss a beat. Jeff does an excellent job and pays attention to his customers needs. I didn't give a five star review simply because of the price of the devices.
