Rick Bissonette was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to provide a very comprehensive & detailed explanation of the ear anatomy and hearing structure. I felt like I was taking a class on Hearing Disorders and treatment options. My partner has a Brain Injury and he was able to comprehend easily and follow Rick’s instructions.
