Lauren is my hearing aide specialist. She is awesome! I’ve had her almost 2 years. She is so friendly. She treats us like family. Any time I need anything done she gets me right in and takes care of it right away. Always friendly , professional and very helpful. I will recommend anyone I know that has hearing loss to go to her.

very disappointed in the service I received apparently the person I needed to talk to was only there one day a week I have twice I had to go to urgent care with domes stuck in my ears. I am giving up on them and trying to find another place to get my hearing aids from. I was not given any filters by the first representative and Only when I had a dome stuck in my air and another city was I able to buy filters which I should’ve received in the first place
