The employees at Beltone, in Cambridge,Md went above and beyond to make sure that my father in law was taken care of. Especially wanted to thank Charles Lednam for his expertise knowing exactly what the problem was and going out of his way to make sure we were informed on what needs to be done if the same situation occurs again. Also wanted to thank Cheri for getting back to us in a timely manner, and making sure we were informed on who to reach out to for the best service!

Every time we go to Beltone on 701 North Battlefield Blvd. suite N ,in Chesapeake, VA 23320 to meet up with the doctor Michael Lee, Teresa and Jill they give us a warm welcome. My dad is 92 and he loves to go to Beltone on Battlefield. They treat him with kindness. Even offered to give him lunch. It is such a beautiful team of people. God sent them to us. We were having problems with one of the hearing aids and Dr. Michael gave us step-by-step instructions and checked the hearing aids thoroughly , and fix the problem, before... read more
